Once
your furniture is scheduled for delivery, it is inspected by
our prep team, readied for delivery and set out for the
truck to be loaded. The delivery team inspects the items
making sure they are proud to deliver your furniture.
Delivery Policies
- Our scheduler
will call the day prior to delivery to give you a 2-hour time
window for when your delivery will be made.
- Re-delivery
fee is 5% of sale total if we are not given a 48 hour notice to cancel
delivery.
- Items must be
paid for when delivery is scheduled. Our drivers do not
collect COD balances on delivery.
- Please note
the size and dimensions of the merchandise you have ordered
and make sure everything will fit in the designated room as
well as through all entranceways. If delivery to the
designated area involves limited space because of doorways,
narrow halls or stairwells, etc., we cannot be responsible for
any damage that could result in attempting placement of your
furniture.

Where to pick up
your merchandise: Our
distribution center is located 1.7 miles north of our store.
Turn right on Route 13. As you are heading north our
distribution center will be on left hand side, directly across
the street from P&A Paving.
- For best service, please call
the distribution center prior to your arrival at 302-846-3005.
- When you arrive your items
will be opened and inspected in your presence.
- Any damage or defects are
your responsibility after we release the merchandise to you.
